1. Refund Policy

We have a strict NO REFUND Policy


Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible to receive the item. We will provide instructions on returning the product, and upon verification, a replacement will be issued.


Incorrect Items: If you receive an incorrect item, please notify us as soon as possible of receiving the product. We will arrange for the correct item to be shipped to you, and you may be required to return the incorrect item.



2. Return Policy

We have a strict NO RETURN Policy. Customers must check the products in front of the delivery person during time of delivery. If any Incorrect/Damaged product is found an exchange will be made as soon as possible


3. Cancellation Policy,

Orders cannot be cancelled after they have been shipped to the delivery services. Cancellation without any reason will result in 'fraud reports' to be issued on the customer's name.


4. Service Warranty Policy


Machine and battery-related issues are covered under the service warranty procedure.

Damage caused by mishandling or improper use is not covered under the warranty.

Customers are responsible for covering delivery charges when availing of the service warranty.
